Your place or mine?
Getting it right.
The analysis phase of your project builds a solid base of market research to draw on to create your broad brand strategy. Strategy and positioning plans build the frame work for rolling out your wider brand communications. Strategy is customer centric and ensures your brand is relevant to the chosen target.
Positioning is the perception of your product compared to the competition. Positioning a brand appropriately allows you to drive a higher profit margin and price well above the competition for the same product.
Strategy.
From our analysis work we generate a detailed strategy to target your core audience. Strategy is the blue print to your brand and forms the substructure we rely on when making critical design decisions.
During the process, Beng will generate a strategy document that identifies your target and their core motivations to buy. We translate what we have learnt into a tactical plan of defining who your brand is, and how the brand will deliver its message to the masses.
Positioning.
From understanding the core target market we begin to plan the position your brand will take in the competitive marketplace. We define the perception you want your target market to hold of your brand and plan on how to achieve that perception though words, images, emotions and experiences.
